Music, lyrics, vocals, instrumentals, arrangements, sound design, artwork, visuals and other material published under or in connection with AirdrUpz are intended for entertainment, artistic expression and promotional use.

Stories, names, characters, situations, emotions and themes appearing in the music or visual work may be fictional, symbolic, heightened or otherwise artistic. They should not automatically be understood as factual statements, personal claims, actual events or direct references to real people.

Copyright and permitted use

Without prior written permission from AirdrUpz or the applicable rights holder, visitors, listeners and third parties may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, re-upload, sell, commercially exploit, remix, sample, claim ownership of or incorporate AirdrUpz music or content into other productions, advertising, videos, social posts, commercial projects or public releases.

Similarity and third-party rights

AirdrUpz does not set out to copy, imitate, impersonate or reproduce an existing artist, vocalist, songwriter, producer, performer, brand, protected work, melody, lyric, recording, voice or likeness without the required permission. Unless expressly stated or legally permitted, any resemblance to protected people or material is unintended.

Creative process and technology

The creative workflow may involve digital production software, sample libraries, vocal and editing tools, artificial intelligence and generative systems. These tools can assist with musical ideas, vocal concepts, melodies, lyrics, instrumental elements, arrangements, sound textures, artwork or promotional material.

Such technology is used as part of the production process. Final direction, selection, editing, curation, release decisions and the overall AirdrUpz identity remain under the project's control. Content may be edited, replaced, withdrawn or removed when necessary.

Rights-related concerns

If you believe that published music, lyrics, vocals, visuals, artwork or other AirdrUpz content unintentionally infringes your rights, uses protected material or resembles your voice or likeness, please email info@airdrupz.com. Include the content concerned, the basis of the issue and relevant proof of ownership or rights so the matter can be reviewed carefully.
