All music, lyrics, vocals, instrumentals, arrangements, sound design, visuals, artwork and other creative content released under or in connection with AirdrUpz are created for entertainment, artistic expression and promotional purposes.

The stories, characters, names, situations, emotions and themes used in AirdrUpz music or visuals may be fictional, symbolic, exaggerated or artistic in nature. They should not automatically be interpreted as factual statements, personal claims, real-life events or direct references to existing persons.

Visitors, listeners and third parties are not permitted to copy, reproduce, redistribute, re-upload, sell, commercially exploit, remix, sample, claim ownership of, or use AirdrUpz music or content in other productions, advertisements, videos, social media posts, commercial projects or public releases without prior written permission from AirdrUpz or the relevant rights holder.

As part of the creative process, AirdrUpz may use digital tools, production software, sample libraries, vocal tools, editing tools and other technologies to develop, enhance or finalize creative content.

This may include the use of artificial intelligence and generative AI tools. Certain music, lyrics, vocals, instrumentals, arrangements, sound design, visuals, artwork or promotional materials released under or in connection with AirdrUpz may be created, developed, edited or enhanced with the assistance of AI.

AI is used by AirdrUpz as a creative tool within the production process. This may include, but is not limited to, generating musical ideas, vocal concepts, melodies, lyrics, instrumental elements, arrangements, sound textures, artwork or promotional content. The final creative direction, selection, editing, curation, release decisions and overall artistic identity remain controlled by AirdrUpz.

AirdrUpz does not use AI with the intention of misleading listeners or falsely presenting AI-assisted content as something it is not. We aim to be transparent about the role of modern creative technologies in our workflow while maintaining the artistic identity and creative direction of AirdrUpz.

Where third-party platforms, AI tools, software, sample libraries, distribution services or other external services are used, such use is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective services. AirdrUpz makes reasonable efforts to use these tools responsibly and in accordance with applicable rules, licenses and platform policies.

While care is taken during the creative and release process, AirdrUpz cannot guarantee that AI-assisted or digitally created content will always be completely free from unintended similarities, errors, inaccuracies or disputes. AirdrUpz reserves the right to edit, update, remove, replace or withdraw any track, visual, lyric, release or other content if necessary.
